Can I add personalizations to the items?

Yes, the price includes the one location, identical engraving. If you have text changes from piece to piece that is $6.25(P) per change/layout.

What if I want my bowl engraved on the front and on the back side as well?

We can do that! For any additional locations for engraving, the charge is $10(P)

Can I get a proof before you engrave my order?

Yes - we do not start without your written emailed approval of artwork.

Does price include engraving or etching on Crystal, Glass, and Ceramic Products?

A: Yes, price includes deep etch engraving your entire order specifically with logo and/or straight type (limited only to available space in a font size of no less than 10 point type).

Engraving area available is shown under each item in the catalog. To avoid artwork charges, black and white reproducible copy of any logos used must be submitted with order.

A pre-production proof is available for $25.00.

Additional Surfaces

Limited space on some items may require engraving on additional surfaces. For each additional location, add $10.00+ (P) per piece, per location.

How much is your setup fee for artwork?

A: We charge no setup fee for artwork as long as the art supplied meets our specifications. We require vector files in black and white line art. For files, we use CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator EPS.

If art is not supplied using the above specifications, we can convert the file to vector format for a fee range of $50 – $79.00. Ask for details.

Artwork

Quality engraving requires the receipt of artwork without gray scales, halftones or color. Artwork should be at a resolution of 600 dots per inch, with 1/2 point type and 1 point graphics in a font size of no less than 10 point.

We can prepare appropriate art or “touch up” material you submit at $120.00 (P) per hour.

Electronic Art may be submitted in PC format in high resolution tif., CorelDraw XV or 5.0 preferred (CDR/CMX File), or Illustrator 10 (EPS File).

Preferred method of electronic transfer is via e-mail sent to: info@classiccrystalandglass.com. It is very important that your company identification accompany each electronic transmission.

What is your production time?

Our turnaround time is 2 weeks for engraved orders under 100 pieces. If order is in excess of 100 pieces, turnaround time will depend on stock availability.

Do you offer rush services?

We do offer rush services. Rush service is a 3-5 day turnaround, sometimes less. Rush charges are 25% of the order or $60.00 (r), whichever amount is greater.

Cancellations

Cost of labor and materials used to date of cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer.
